Please read these terms carefully before booking your self-drive rental.
By booking and using our self-drive rental service, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1ELIGIBILITY & DOCUMENTS
- The renter must be at least 24 years of age.
- A valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Aadhaar Card, PAN Card or any Government-issued ID proof must be provided.
- A live selfie/photo verification may be required before vehicle handover.
2SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Security Deposit of ₹2,000 for all standard vehicles.
- Security Deposit of ₹5,000 for luxury vehicles (BMW, Audi, etc.).
- The deposit is refundable after vehicle inspection and verification of any pending dues.
3RENTAL & KILOMETERS
- Rental charges are calculated on an hourly, 12-hour or daily basis as per the selected package.
- Unlimited kilometers are included during the rental period.
- No per-kilometer charges apply.
4FUEL POLICY
- Fuel charges are not included in the rental amount.
- The customer is responsible for fuel expenses during the rental period.
- The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
5LATE RETURN
- A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed.
- Beyond the grace period, additional rental charges will apply as per the hourly rate.
6TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
- All traffic challans, parking penalties, toll charges and legal violations during the rental period shall be borne by the customer.
7VEHICLE USAGE
- Rash driving, racing, stunts, off-road driving, overloading and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- The vehicle shall not be sub-rented or handed over to any unauthorized person.
8ACCIDENT & DAMAGE
- Any accident, damage, theft or breakdown must be reported immediately.
- The customer shall be responsible for damages not covered by insurance or caused by negligence.
9CANCELLATION POLICY
- Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup may attract cancellation charges.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable.
10COMPANY'S RIGHTS
- The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the submitted documents are invalid or verification is unsuccessful.
- The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement in case of misuse of the vehicle or violation of terms.

● The deposit is refundable after vehicle inspection.
● Any damages, missing items, fuel shortage, fines or late return charges will be deducted from the deposit.
● The balance amount will be refunded within 24–72 hours.
By accepting the vehicle, the customer agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before the vehicle handover.
